Notice: Canada Post labour disruption

If you’re a NHRIPP member or contributing employer, you may be impacted by the Canada Post strike that began Nov. 15, 2024. Please review the following information to ensure you receive the best possible service during the labour disruption.

Members: Pension application packages are available through the My InSite member portal. You can also upload your completed pension documents via the portal. (Please keep in mind that in certain situations, original forms may be required.)

If you have not yet set up your My InSite account, visit Member Sign In and click Set Up Account. You’ll need your member no. (listed on most of the communications from NHRIPP) to set up your account. If you need help, contact our call centre who will guide you through the process.

Pensioners: If you receive your pension payment as a cheque, it could be delayed as result of the strike. To ensure you receive your pension payments without delay, you can register for electronic funds transfer (EFT) of your pension directly into your bank account. To do that, you’ll need to upload your banking information through My InSite. If you prefer, you can pick up your pension cheque at the InBenefits office Monday to Friday between 9 A.M - 4 P.M (please bring your identification).

Employers : Please continue to submit employee information and pension reports through the e-Site employer portal. If you have not yet set up your e-Site account, email accounting@nhripp.ca or call 905-367-7001. Payments should be submitted via EFT, please contact us for banking information.
